Technical Details

If you need many copies of a CD it is more cost effective to make a glass master before replication. We provide competitive pricing for reliable and high quality replication and can produce CD-Roms from costs of less than 40 pence each including three colour printing. Whilst we can supply replication in very short timescale's, we can provide the most competitive pricing for duplication where there is sufficient time to plan it most economically.

As well as providing high volume duplication we can also provide very small quantities of any of our CD-types

Types of CD-Rom

Fan CD-Rom. Up to 175mb data, and complies with Red & Yellow book Compact Disc standards so will play in any CD player. These are the standard size of a CD-Rom but the outer part of the CD is translucent which can be printed creating a unique effect. Suitable for cross platform distribution

Pre-shaped CD Rom. There are a wide variety of shapes which are pre-shaped and so can provide a unique shape without the additional costs of custom shapes. Many shapes available from rugby balls, cogwheels to house shapes and can be recordable. Not for use in vacuum loading CD players

Custom Shape CD Rom. Almost any shape can be produced and you can create greater brand recognition by creating in the shape of your logo for example. Not for use in vacuum loading CD players

Mini Disks. 80mm x 80mm.These are smaller versions of the standard size CD-Rom. Up to 185mb can be stored. Not for use in vacuum loading CD players

Standard Business Card CD Rom. 60mm x 80mm. Up to 55mb can be stored, and is size an ideal replacement to a traditional business card

Hockey Rink & Rectangular Cards. 60mm x 80mm. Between 40 and 60mb can be stored. Up to 6 minutes of audio or 6 minutes of video. Not for use in vacuum loading CD players

DVD Rom.120mm. Storage up to 4.75gb, and conforms to DVD specifications.
