Who can receive my letterhead?
Virtually everyone will receive your email with the eheader properly shown including web based email. In the extremely unlikely event that a recipients email client is not html enabled, they will still receive the email but without the eheader. ( We have never yet heard of our email being received with the eheader not shown properly as by default normal modern email clients are html enabled)

Which versions of Microsoft Outlook does your software support?
Our software plug-in runs on Windows 9x/Me, Windows 2000 and Windows XP and it requires that one of the following email clients must installed: Microsoft Outlook (all recent versions) and Microsoft Outlook Express (all recent versions). If you do not have Microsoft Outlook installed it can be downloaded free from Microsoft at www.microsoft.com

Can I send an Email without the letterhead?
Yes. You can either select blank from the drop down box on the software plug-in or close the program

Can I have more than one letterhead?
Yes. You we can design as many as you would like and you will be able to select them from the drop down menu on the software plug-in

Will my letterhead still be shown if the recipient reads my mail when not connected to the internet?
Yes. Because many people read their email at their leisure when not connected to the internet we ensured that our letterheads would be displayed properly even when offline offline

(Some companies produce software that embeds letterheads that will not display unless the recipient is connected to the internet but we have ensured that ours will always work!)

Some companies charge an annual fee to let me send email letterheads, do you charge any annual fees
No. Once you have purchased the our letterhead design with software it is yours to keep without any recurring fees at all.

Can I have a link made in the letterhead which when clicked goes to my web site?
Yes. The complete letterhead when clicked can be set to link to your web site. Alternatively if you do not have a web site we can either design one for you, or provide a links to a map showing your business location to help your clients find you. If you do not currently have a web site we can add a weblink at a later date for you should you then get a web site

Can I have an animated letterhead?
Yes. We can provide animated letterheads should you require. Because the file sizes will be slightly higher we would recommend that you had an additional letterhead without animation. Please contact us for advice

Do you charge for per user?
No. The our eheader can be distributed throughout your company without any additional fees

Can I add text over the top of my letterhead
Yes. Our software is unique because you can add text such as promotional messages or individuals names over the top of the letterhead. These can then each be saved as a different file name and selected whenever you like . This is ideal an ideal opportunity for you to add new information about your company such as an event, exhibition or new product, or alternatively customize your company letterhead for each individual within your company.

Can I make my own company letterheads?
No. We specialize in designing branding for email so you will find it better and quicker for us to do it for you. While ensuring the letterheads are optimized for email we developed our own special software to create the letterhead designs so that they are efficient and easily used by you. We provide our software plug-in only when included with our letterhead designs service and the software cannot be purchased separately

Can I have additional letterheads made at a later date?
Yes. We archive all letterhead designs which we create so can make amendments or additions can be made later.

How do you provide the software and letterhead?
We will either send by email or for a small additional charge we can also provide on a CD-rom. We would recommend that you have the additional CD-Rom as it will always then be to hand should you change computers or need additional people in your company to use the letterhead etc. The CD comes in a printed sleeve, so you are unlikely to loose and it would even be suitable as a gift

Is there any reason why I should not use letterheads in my email?
Rest assured its a great idea!. The Internet Industry Association (IIA) executive director Peter Coroneous has been quoted on ZDnet as saying "as long as our spam policies are respected we would support it"

Will Advenzia E-header slow down my computer?
Our E-headers are specially optimized for the internet and so will make a negligible difference, normally about 1.6 seconds to the transmission time. Furthermore we have ensured that the functionality of of the software means that the emails should not grow in size exponentially

How do I install the software?
A simple wizard guides you through the process and it takes only moments. Once installed the letterhead is imported by going to the Options button, selecting Import Letterhead and then saving it when prompted. The whole process takes only moments and is very easy

What does HTML text mean?
Please note that Office LetterHead templates are designed using the HTML format, so you should be also using the Rich Text (HTML) email format, and not the plain text format. If you are not sure about the email format you're using, launch your email client (MS Outlook or MS Outlook Express), go to the Options entry in the Tools menu and select the HTML option from the Send tab.

Can I add disclaimers and contact information?
Yes, there is a checkbox in the editing tool which allows selection of these and it can be set however you chose. You can also amend and change these details either from within editing tool an dsave it for future use

Can I change the letterhead I selected while writing an email message
Yes, simply select a new letterhead from the drop down menu in our software tool and the new letterhead will be inserted without changing your text

Can I reply to an email and still set the letterhead to be displayed?
Yes, this is a significant advantage of using our software as many other methods cannot do this. Furthermore we have added functionality so that if the email already has an Advenzia letterhead in the message that is being replied, to that will be removed. This is to ensure that the file size of an email does not grow exponentially with lots of letterheads inserted

Can I forward an email with the letterhead displayed at the top?
Yes, you can set the letterhead to display at the top. Any existing Advenzia email letterheads within the message will be removed as it will ensure that the email is optimized for transmission

Can I forward a received email with a letterhead embedded in the body of the message?
Yes. All you need to do is select a blank email header from our software plugin or turn the plug in off. We have created the software so that to do this you must forward the message without a new letterhead being added to ensure that in normal use the file size of the email will not grow. This is ideal if for example you wish to forward perhaps a letterhead someone has sent you which has a picture of a hotel or product you are recommending

Does your software require the images to be downloaded from a separate web server?
No. We feel that this is an inefficient way of sending letterheads with email as the images would be unlikely to display if you read the email while not connected to the internet. Also you would be reliant on paying additional fees each year so we do not feel it would be working in your interest. In addition you would become reliant on another third party server. Because of the way we created the plugin you have total ownership of the software and will never have to pay additional fees, be reliant on a third party web server, and can have recipients read emails when not connected to the internet.

Do I need to change my email service provider or change my email address?
No. Your email will work just as it always has done

Can I have a watermark filling the entire page?
No. Watermarks filling the entire page often do not display properly on web based email clients so we do not design our letterheads with watermarks. Some companies rely on watermarking in their designs for email but do not tell their clients that they are not reliable. We believe that what you see on your computer should be what your recipient sees on theirs which is why we discourage this practice

I use AOL client can I use your software plug-in?
No, our software only works with Microsoft Outlook. However there are various ways that AOL users may be able to configure their client to use Outlook and AOL. Please contact us and our technical staff will give you advice. AOL users can still receive your email letterheads

Can I use your software plugin on an Apple Macintosh?
No. So few computers are Apple Macintosh based we do not feel it would warrant developing a version for the Mac. However Mac users will still be able to receive your email letterheads

Do you provide technical support?
Yes. You can either phone us on 0845 123 2956 and you will be pleased to know that all calls are charged at your local area telephone rate. Alternatively you may email us and we will get back to you very quickly.

(Please note that some other companies who produce letterhead software and design services such as ours charge for this with a premium rate telephone rate for providing support, but we provide support freely a swell as providing a superb design service and software!)

Can I set the Advenzia Software Plug-in to be minimized into the Windows task bar?
Yes. Simply click the Windows"-" button at the top right of the software tool and it will be minimized into the task bar. You can also select whether to run the software on start up or with Outlook from the various options under the options button on our software

Can you add photographs to the letterheads you design for me?
Yes. This is an excellent way to give your email a personal touch, and will ensure that your customers know you or your products better. We may make a small additional charge for scanning the photographs.

Can I have multiple web-links within my e-header?
Yes, it is possible but our staff would need to give you some advice on how to do this. It is not generally necessary to have more than one web link

If I order my letterhead from how should I provide you with our paper letterhead for you to make into an eheader?
Supply us with a two unfolded company letterheads, or the artwork for it. If you have the artwork in a digital format even better! Send it on a iomega zip drive, CD-Rom, DVD along with a hard copy.

We can accept eps, jpg, tiff, bmp, psd, pdf, ps etc. We can also accept most PC graphics formats such as Corell Draw, Pagemaker, Quark, Illustrator, Indesign etc but please contact us for advice
